Such arrogance was uncalled for on the IRS guy’s part, especially considering much care was taken when taking the trucks in and out.

Our movers arrived on time and ready to rock. They introduced themselves and asked to survey the space and furniture. I asked them to do things a little differently by requesting that our furniture be moved first and delivered ahead of the rest of the items. We needed that time to determine how best to arrange our desks; some of which required assembly. They dug right in and moved things quickly and carefully. While we had pre-wrapped all of our equipment, they took great care with our CPU’S and monitors. Your movers had a great sense of humor and put up with me picking on them throughout the day. They were all polite and thoughtful. They even helped us rearrange several pieces of furniture. We enjoyed them and we hope we made their day a little brighter as well. They are great,hard-working guys and deserve a pat on the back. Your team made what could have been a difficult move that much easier. We all thank you. I will recommend your company at every opportunity. I only wish I would have used you in my residential move. Oh well, next time I’ll know better.

First and foremost: Our Relocation consultant was very helpful; and most importantly, responsiveto us in every aspect of our move. When we had a question, or needed more packing materials, he was there in a timely manner. On the road between Arizona and Maine, he-promptly returned my phone calls and answered my questions. This was indeed comforting to us. As I told him during the period we were seeking estimates, since I expected all to be within a close range, it would come down to who we were most comfortable with in being responsive to us; we made the right decision. Secondly, the two young gentlemen loading the trailer at our residence, represented Citizens in a fine manner. They were polite and courteous, hard working young men who worked straight through until our household was out of the house and in the trailer.

I was coordinator for a major move of our Finance Department. The move involved 21 employees being transferred to other offices on 3 different floors. Two weeks prior to the move, I met with Citizens’ Relocation Consultant to walk through the locations and obtain an estimate for our move. I was immediately impressed with his immaculate professional appearance and attitude. He was polite, completely professional and competent in his evaluation. During the weeks of planning he always responded to my calls and inquires and remained positive and upbeat. On the big day the crew of professioonal movers arrived on time and throughout the day remained pleasant and cooperative. Everyone involved in the move was astonished by their ability to move furniture and files so quickly and safely. Since the move I have received many emails and verbal compliments on the move and the moving crew. These employees are an outstanding credit to Citizen’s Storage and Transfer. They definitely are superior performers. I would not hesitate to use Citizen’s Storage and Transfer again.
